Delete Your PRIMO AI Account

What account deletion means

Requesting account deletion concerns your actual PRIMO AI account and associated data stored with us. It is not the same as:

• Signing out of the app
• Uninstalling PRIMO AI from your device
• Deleting individual records, such as a single task, meal, weight entry, workout, or chat message

If you only sign out, remove the app, or delete individual records, your PRIMO AI account and other stored account-associated data may remain unless you complete an account deletion request.

What may be deleted

Depending on your use of PRIMO AI, an approved account deletion request may target deletion of applicable account-associated information, including:

• Your PRIMO AI account
• Profile information
• AI conversations associated with the account
• Saved personalization and conversational memory
• Food and nutrition logs
• Calorie and macro records
• Weight logs and history
• Workout and training logs and history
• Tasks and to-do data
• Other account-associated user data

Some limited information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. We do not guarantee a specific deletion timeframe, and we do not claim that every piece of user information is immediately deleted in all circumstances.

In-app deletion

In the PRIMO AI mobile app, you can also initiate account deletion from Today → Settings → Profile → Delete account. After you confirm, the request is processed through our account deletion backend. We do not guarantee a specific completion timeframe.
